AKVVG - control cable with aluminum conductors, insulation and sheath made of PVC plastic.

AKVVGng - brand of control cable with aluminum conductors, with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation, with a PVC sheath that does not spread combustion.

AKVVGng-LS - aluminum control cables, with insulation and sheath made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC plastic), low-flammability insulation, sheath that does not spread combustion and with low smoke emission.

AKVVGE - shielded control cable with aluminum conductors, with polyvinyl chloride insulation and sheath, with an aluminum foil screen.

AKVVGEng - shielded control cable with aluminum conductors, with polyvinyl chloride insulation and sheath, with a non-flammable aluminum foil screen.

AKVVGEng-LS-shielded control cable with aluminum conductive cores, with polyvinyl chloride insulation and sheath, with a screen made of aluminum foil, which does not spread combustion and has low smoke emission.

Design:

  • The conductive core is aluminum single-wire round (1st flexibility class), with a cross-section from 0.75 to 6.0 mm2. The number of cores is from 4 to 37.
  • The insulation of the cores is polyvinyl chloride plastic compound (PVC). The insulated cores are twisted into a core
  • The belt insulation is a separating layer of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film or PVC plastic compound
  • The screen (AKVVGE) is aluminum foil with a longitudinally laid aluminum wire under it
  • The cable sheath is PVC plastic compound

AKVVG, AKVVGE cables are intended for assembly, installation, repair and maintenance of control and electrical distribution equipment, signaling devices, relay protection, control, for fixed connection to electrical appliances, assembly of terminals of electrical distribution devices with a nominal alternating voltage of up to 610 V and a constant voltage of up to 1000 V. Control cables of these brands can be used outdoors, provided they are protected from direct sunlight. Used for laying in rooms, channels, tunnels, in aggressive environments. Mechanical influences on the cable must be avoided. Shielded AKVVGE cable is used when it is necessary to protect electrical circuits from the effects of external electric fields. It is allowed to lay the cable in fire hazardous areas.

  • Operating ambient temperature from -40 ° C to +50 °
    Relative humidity not more than (98±2)% at a temperature of 40 ° C
  • Temperature during laying and installation from -10 ° C to +50 ° C
  • Permissible bending radius during installation not more than 6 cable diameters
