Structure Application Characteristics
  • Conductor core – aluminum, single-wire or multi-wire, cross-section from 2 mm2 to 16 mm2 (Class 1),
  • cross-section from 25 mm2 to 120 mm2 (Class 2)
  • Insulation made of polyvinyl chloride plastic (PVC).

Color – on request.

Designed for laying in steel pipes, hollow channels of building structures, on trays, etc., for installation of electrical circuits. Wires are used for electrical installations during stationary laying in lighting and power networks, as well as for installation of electrical equipment, machines, mechanisms and machine tools for a nominal voltage of up to 450 V (for networks up to 450/750 V) with a frequency of up to 400 Hz or a constant voltage of up to 1000 V.

Range: during installation up to -150C; during operation from -50 0C to +700C; heating of cores: not higher than +700C. Bending radius (minimum): not less than 10 wire diameters. Service life at least 15 years.

Structure Application Characteristics
  • Conductor core – copper, single-wire or multi-wire, for cross-sections from 0.5 mm2 to 10 mm2 (Class 1) for cross-sections from 16 mm2 to 95 mm2 (Class 2) (PV1)
  • Copper conductor multi-wire for cross-sections from 0.5 to 1.5 mm2 (class 3 or 4), class 4 for cross-sections from 2 to 4 mm2, class 3 for cross-sections from 5 mm2 and above (PV-3)
  • Insulation – polyvinyl chloride plasticate (PVC).

Colors are made to order.

PV-1 - Multi-core wire with copper conductors, with PVC plastic insulation, flat, with a separate core

PV-3 - Wire with a copper conductor, with PVC plastic insulation, increased flexibility.

PV1ng-LS - Single-core wire with a copper conductor, with PVC plastic insulation of reduced fire hazard.

The PV brand wire is intended for laying in steel pipes, hollow channels of building structures, on trays, etc., for the installation of electrical circuits.

The PV1ng-LS wire is intended for laying in steel pipes, hollow channels of building structures, on trays, etc., for the installation of electrical circuits, with increased fire safety requirements.

PVS wire is most often used in everyday life to connect electrical appliances and power tools: refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, as well as small mechanization tools in gardening and horticulture. PVS power cable is used as an extension cord for voltages up to 380 V/50 Hz and for 380 V/660 V systems.

Temperature range: during operation from -40 0С to +400С; test voltage 2kV. Nominal voltage: 380/360 V. Service life not less than 6 years.
